Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. This page explains, in plain language, when and how you can get your money back — and how to cancel a subscription.

One-time digital products can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any moment — no penalties, no questions asked.

1 Scope of this policy

This policy applies to every digital product sold by ODM Payments, L.L.C. ("ODM Payments", "we", "us"), including one-time purchases — such as InfoApps, digital guides, kits and programs — and recurring subscriptions to our SaaS tools. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms described here.

2 Refunds on one-time products

If a one-time digital product doesn't meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • No lengthy forms and no need to justify your decision — a simple email is enough.
  • The refund covers 100% of the amount paid for the product.
  • After a refund is issued, your access to the product is revoked.

How to ask: email [email protected] from the address used at checkout, with your order number or purchase receipt.

3 Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a SaaS subscription at any time, directly from your account area or by emailing our support team.

  • Cancellation takes effect immediately for billing purposes — no further charges will be made.
  • You keep full access to the tool until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • There are no cancellation fees, minimum terms or retention hurdles.

If you believe you were charged after cancelling, contact us and we will investigate and, where confirmed, refund the incorrect charge.

4 How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We are not able to send refunds to a different card, account or payment service.

We process approved requests within 2 business days. After that, the time it takes for the money to appear back on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer — typically 5 to 10 business days.

5 Fair use of this policy

We keep this policy generous because we trust our customers. In return, we reserve the right to decline refund requests in a small number of situations:

  • Repeated cycles of purchasing and refunding the same or similar products.
  • Requests made after the 14-day window for one-time products.
  • Evidence of fraud, abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.

6 Billing disputes and chargebacks

If you don't recognize a charge from us, please contact our support team before opening a dispute with your bank — most cases are resolved within one business day, and a direct refund is usually faster than a chargeback process.
