By browsing our website or completing a purchase, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our services.
ODM Payments sells digital products only, in two families:
Nothing we sell is physical. There is no shipping, and access is delivered electronically as described in our Delivery Policy.
When you buy one of our products, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own individual purposes.
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and are displayed clearly before you confirm any purchase. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion and international transaction fees, which are outside our control.
Payments are processed by a certified third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
You can cancel a subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees, and one-time products can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. The full rules — including how refunds are processed and how long they take — are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Our products are informational and lifestyle tools intended for general wellness purposes. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified health professional. Always consult a doctor before making significant changes to your diet, exercise or health routine, especially if you have an existing condition.
We work to keep our tools available at all times, but as with any online service, occasional maintenance or interruptions can happen. We may improve, update or discontinue products over time. If we discontinue a subscription product you actively pay for, we will notify you in advance and you will not be charged beyond the discontinuation date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ODM Payments' total liability for any claim related to a product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes resulting from how you choose to apply the information in our products.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer protection laws in your country grant you and that cannot be waived by contract.
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, when we launch new products or when the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated by email before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before any formal dispute, we ask that you contact us first — practically every issue can be resolved directly with our support team.
