Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and the control you keep over your own information — explained without jargon.

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Minimal by design

We only collect what's needed to sell and deliver our products. Nothing more.

Never sold

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, for any reason.

You stay in control

Access, correct or delete your data with a single email — no hoops to jump through.

1 Who is responsible for your data

This Privacy Policy explains how ODM Payments, L.L.C. ("ODM Payments", "we", "us") — a company registered in Delaware, United States, EIN 36-5156196, located at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, US — handles personal information when you visit odmpayments.com or buy one of our digital products.

It applies to our website, our SaaS tools and our InfoApps. If you have any question after reading it, email [email protected].

2 What we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run our business:

  • Order data: your name, email address and purchase confirmation, so we can deliver your product and provide support.
  • Payment confirmation: our payment processor tells us that a payment succeeded, the amount and the last digits of the card. We never receive or store your full card number.
  • Product usage data: for SaaS tools, the information you choose to enter (for example, habit or wellness logs) and basic technical data needed to keep the tool working.
  • Support messages: the emails you send us, so we can answer and keep a record of the conversation.

3 How we use your information

  • To deliver the products you purchased and keep your access working.
  • To answer your messages and provide customer support.
  • To send transactional emails — receipts, access details, renewal and cancellation confirmations.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.
  • To prevent fraud and protect our customers and our services.

We only send marketing emails if you have opted in, and every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link.

4 What we never do

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties — ever. Your wellness data belongs to you: the information you log inside our tools is used to make the tool work for you, not to profile you or to be traded.

5 Who we share data with

We share personal data only with service providers that are essential to operating our business, and only the minimum each one needs:

  • Payment processing: our certified payment provider handles checkout and billing.
  • Email delivery: a transactional email service sends receipts and access details.
  • Hosting: our website and tools run on established cloud infrastructure providers.

These providers process data under their own security and privacy obligations. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6 Cookies and analytics

Our website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function — for example, keeping you signed in to a SaaS tool. If we use analytics, it is aggregate and privacy-conscious: to understand how many people visit our pages, not to track you across the internet.

7 International customers

We serve customers worldwide, and our services are operated from the United States — which means your data is processed there. Wherever you live, we apply the same principles described in this policy, and we honor the data rights granted by the laws of your country (such as the GDPR in the European Union or the LGPD in Brazil) to the extent they apply.

8 How long we keep data

  • Order and billing records: kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
  • Product usage data: kept while your account or access is active, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Support conversations: kept for a reasonable period so we have context if you contact us again.

9 Your rights

You can, at any time and free of charge:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct data that is wrong or outdated.
  • Ask us to delete your personal data, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time.

How to exercise these rights: email [email protected] from the address associated with your purchase. We respond to every request, typically within a few business days.

10 Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) across our website and tools, restrict access to personal data to those who need it, and rely on established providers for payments, email and hosting. No online service can promise absolute security, but we work to keep risk to a minimum — and if an incident ever affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.

11 Children

Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12 Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the new version. Significant changes — anything that meaningfully affects how your data is handled — will be communicated by email to active customers before taking effect.

13 Contact

Questions, requests or concerns about your privacy? We reply to every message, typically within one business day.
